RevU is looking for a remote, Europe-based Partnerships Manager to help grow advertiser revenue for RevU across the gaming and digital advertising ecosystem. This role is focused on winning new business, growing existing accounts, and building long-term relationships with advertisers and partners. The ideal candidate has experience in ad tech, affiliate, offerwall, DSP, loyalty/rewards, or other gaming-related services, and is genuinely interested in the mobile gaming space. Additional European languages are a plus.

We are hiring a Partnerships Manager, Advertiser Growth to help expand advertiser revenue across Europe. This role is focused on developing new business, growing existing advertiser relationships, and building long-term commercial partnerships with companies across the gaming and digital advertising ecosystem.
The ideal candidate is excited by the mobile gaming space and understands performance-driven advertising. They should be comfortable selling to both gaming companies and non-gaming brands, and they should come from an environment where performance, partnerships, and growth are central to the role.
Role Overview
This is a growth-focused commercial role for someone who can both open doors and expand revenue within existing accounts. You will be responsible for identifying new advertiser opportunities, building relationships with decision-makers, pitching RevU’s solutions, and driving growth conversations with current customers.
This is not an ad ops role. The focus is on revenue generation, relationship building, and account growth.
We are looking for someone with a strong commercial mindset, experience in the performance marketing ecosystem, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and close new advertiser partnerships across Europe
Build and manage a pipeline of gaming and non-gaming advertisers
Grow revenue from existing customers through strategic account development and ongoing growth conversations
Develop relationships with advertisers, app marketers, agencies, and performance marketing decision-makers
Pitch RevU’s performance-based advertising solutions in a clear and commercially effective way
Negotiate commercial terms and move opportunities from first conversation through signed deal
Maintain regular communication with clients to identify upsell, expansion, and reactivation opportunities
Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth handoff and strong ongoing client experience
Keep CRM and pipeline activity organized and up to date
Share market feedback, partner insights, and competitive intelligence with leadership
Travel occasionally to meet prospective or existing clients and attend industry events or trade shows
Qualifications
2–3+ years of experience in ad tech, affiliate marketing, performance marketing, digital advertising sales, partnerships, or account growth
Experience working in a commercial role at an ad network, affiliate network, DSP, offerwall company, loyalty / rewards platform, or another business serving gaming advertisers
Comfortable selling to gaming companies as well as brands outside of gaming
Strong interest in the mobile gaming ecosystem
Proven ability to develop new business and grow existing accounts
Strong communication, relationship-building, and commercial skills
Self-directed and comfortable working in a remote environment
Highly organized and able to manage pipeline, follow-up, and account development independently
Based in Europe preferred
Ideal Background
Strong interest in the mobile gaming space
Existing relationships with mobile app advertisers, gaming companies, or performance marketing buyers in Europe
Experience selling incentivized, affiliate, or performance-based traffic solutions
Additional European languages are a plus, though not required
Experience working across multiple European markets

Compensation
Competitive base salary plus performance-based commission structure. Details will be discussed during the interview process.
